Or like Innocent drinks in Winter with their woolly hats, each individually knitted by customers…

What an inspired way to get people to buy more stuff!

Is it a good thing to have customers knit your products hats?What if they are bad knitters? Would your products still have to wear them?Sarah

I don’t think Innocent do bad ads. In fact, their brand identity is my favourite in the whole wide world! Personality permeates every aspect of their product. For example, have you ever read the labels or turned the bottles upside-down to see what’s written underneath?
