Q. What’s the usual process?

First, we send you our 20 ‘discovery’ questions. Next, we book a meeting, phone or Skype/Zoom call to discuss your answers and fill in any gaps. We’ll then send you our recommendations with a no-obligation quote. Once you authorise us to go ahead (and pay the 50% advance), we’ll get to work. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll send you the first draft, usually via email in Word format.

Q. How soon can you do it?

That depends on our availability and how much work needs to be done. To give you an idea, for standard web copy we usually allow two weeks and aim to deliver in one. For best results, please allow as much time as possible. If your work is urgent, we may be able to move things around to accommodate you – just ask.

Q. What do you charge?

We charge by the project, not the word, page, hour or day. Every brief is different, so there’s no set rate. Please contact us to discuss what you want, and we’ll give you a bespoke quote. (Copywriting should pay for itself, so think of it as an investment not a cost, and ask yourself how many new customers/sales you’d need to generate ROI.)
