Jackie Barrie is the founder of Writing Without Waffle, and still writes copy for a handful of selected clients. She has personally trained the whole team, mentors them every month, and project-manages your work to ensure the standard is as high as her own (or higher).
Jackie also provides copywriting training across the UK and Europe, and speaks internationally about how to identify your message and communicate it clearly. This means, if you don’t want to outsource your copywriting, you and your audience can learn how to do it yourself. For more about this, please see JackieBarrie.com.

Jackie Barrie, the author
Sometimes, the best way to communicate your message can be via an activity that the audience undertakes, rather than them listening to the spoken word, or reading the written word.
In 2022, in response to demand from speakers and trainers who asked Jackie for help to engage their remote attendees, she published Unboring, ideas and activities for effective online and hybrid events.
This followed Experiential Speaking, Jackie’s book of on-site icebreakers and energisers that was launched in 2019 – not the best time to publish a book of activities that assume everyone is in the same place at the same time!
Jackie also wrote three ‘little fish’ guide books to help startups, entrepreneurs, sole traders and small-business owners (who can feel like little fish in a big pond).
You’ll find all Jackie’s books on Amazon.
